DTG Viper Direct to Garment Printer

The DTG Viper features the WIMS (White Ink Management System), pressurized CMYK bulk ink system, a patented ink evacuation system that greatly decreases fouling of the encoder, a unique belt system for enhanced print quality, a print area of 16 x 45 inches, and an innovative platen system that allows for multi-shirt printing and super sized prints.

WIMS White Ink Management System is a patented system only available from DTG. WIMS circulates and filters the white ink to prevent separation and clogging issues.

The K3 Raptor has a 13" wide print area, and can print images up to 32" long. The micro servo motor driven conveyor system ensures smooth movement of the platens under the print head and maintains accurate registration to within 0.017mm.

The Viper features an extra large print area, plus a one-inch ink repelling coated piezo printhead, the new WIMS II White Ink Management System and a constant pressurized ink delivery system for trouble-free ink delivery.
